Ever just had one of those days?

I started to write about what my day has been like, and in doing so tried to put it in perspective. Even though I still feel rather stressed, burned out, generally emotionally exhausted and way too hot (100F/38C again today) I think I now have a better perspective.

So, remember:
When you feel like you are having one of those days, there are plenty of examples of people having one of those lifetimes.

I am still having a few drinks when I get home though!
