I wouldn't do it forever but just that one day would be cool. I could find out for myself all the things I've been asking guys. Learning about what it's like to wake up in the morning as a guy would be very interesting indeed.

On the one hand I could see considering it, but I am sure I would fall into the trap that Garetjax has already alluded to.
Truly though, I don't think I would go through with it simply because I truly enjoy learing everything there is to know about females from females.  It would be a bit like giving Magellan a globe before he set sail, taking all the adventure out of it.

Besides, with my luck I would get the one day of peak gynecological discomfort!  Ok, luck - karma - whatever.
