Right, at Carrion's request I'm going for a simpler question with up to 3 answers per person (At least I hope this makes things easier).

What condiments rule your dinner table?

Granted, the poll options so far show a bit of a North American bias but I did throw this together in a hurry and hoped that I hit most of the big ones, plus a few that I personally can't imagine...

This is impossible to answer.  It depends on what you apply the condiment to.

I figured I'd draw the logical conclusion that while it most certainly does matter what I am eating, there are some things I cook more often than others, so what I add to that would be the three most common condiments for me. So here they are:

Ketchup, olive oil and something else -- Salt.

some things there I dont even know what they are  undecided but I chose mayonaise, cheese cream  ( I dont know exactly but like cheese in all forms) and olive oil
