Anyone can give me some URLs for something like that? Googled some but trick is I need something for short term (1 month, most probably), and companies ask for 12 usually, lowest I saw was 3 months.

Pls share if any ideas. Thx.

Think if you can find a motel with around $35 / night, you'll get about the same rent as a normal appartment. But don't take my word for it, I've lived in the states for a year, but it was on the west coast, I have no idea what kind of rent is reasonable in florida.

Aye, one of those hotels would be best bet. Most rental places do expect a contract for 6-12 months minimum. You were lucky to find a 3 month. Even then, they will also usually require some kind of deposit. I agree, a cheap hotel may be best idea.

The best bet would most likely be a motel as the cost of vacation rentals (usually short stay up to 2 months) is so high.  Of course, I would look for a motel that has weekly rentals as they normally have a bit of a price break renting a week at a time vs. 7 nights.
