I know I've been a very bad Poogie and haven't written a question in awhile so I'll post a few to try and make up for it. Work is taking a lot out of me, being unemployed is so much more fun.  :p

They all are important, but I think it would be very tough (and probably catastrophical in the end) to work in a bad environment, even if the paycheck is BIG... So I go for the environment (in which I also place interesting tasks etc).

Yupp, that's another point of view, which obviously is quite true. OTOH, there are a lot of people working even though they don't have to, money-wise, so it's not true for everyone!

I've been considering this a lot lately as I am currently looking for a new location to ply my trade.

I'll say that all of those are important factors.  In my own case, I will probably have to move quite a distance from my current residence (for most of the places I am looking at) so location means a little more than near my physical premises.  Of course, I have also had the luxury of being able to predetermine where I am willing to relocate for work and am choosing areas that I feel suited to.   This means I will not be forced to relocate back to the little town in Texas that I once lived in - that was a nightmare for me - but can go to areas where I know I fit into the existing culture better.
Money has a place, but I think each of us has a different threshold that once achieved the added incentive of increasing money becomes less of a reward.  For instance, if I knew I could make 1M a year working some place I loved, it is highly unlikely I would consider going somewhere that was not nice to work at for 1.2M a year.  Some people might think that was still enough incentive, but that's a subjective value.  I'm lucky enough that no matter which of the current places I am looking at I end up, I know I will be able to live comfortably on my take home pay.  At the same time, though, I did eliminate some locations (California for instance) because I know the increased cost of living and increased overhead I would face there would be negatives (among several others).

Certainly Security should be important in all senses.  I can't think of what kind of pay it would take to get me to, say, be part of a spy ring on North Korea.  That could be to dangerous to life and limb.  Of course, job security/financial security is also important.  It's great to have a good paying job, it's better to still have it tomorrow.  I guess I'm lucky in this respect as well - I tend to have skills that qualify for jobs that are almost always in demand, so even if I leave one place, it usually doesn't take me long to find another.

I had to strongly consider other: Quality of Life issues.  These are a huge concern to me.  I guess I like the maxim that we should work to live and not live to work.  I don't know how salient that is to most people, but I will be eliminating places that will expect me to work 140 hours a week.  I must have some time for myself and Nanny, after all.

In the end I decided on the description of Healthy Environment.  I believe that if most of the employees somewhere are happy, there must be a reason.  This is, in my mind, an umbrella category that can actually cover a lot of the previous headings, because without decent pay and job security, it is unlikely that the work place would be a happy place.  
Of course, I would also say that doing something you enjoy fits in here - and that should be a primary concern as well.

Don't know why I felt a need to explain it all, except that maybe it helps me put on paper what I've actually been doing to select potential new jobs currently.  Of course, I'll probably be obligated to let people know how the job hunt goes for now - final decision should be sometime this Spring.

I think that all of the things listed are important to differing degrees. As others have already said so I won't repeat what others have said already.
I voted for another though because I personally think that the most important thing is to enjoy what you do. I can't think of anything worse than doing something you hate doing, no matter what you get paid. Of course if you get paid loads of money, you could do it for a short amount of time and then retire...  
If I had to choose one of the options listed, it would have to be the healthy work environment option...

Alaskan fisherman (pardon me if i misspelled it).

They make 30,000 in a month, but it is the most hazordous profession in the top ten list of most dangerous jobs. One boat a year goes down and if your boat goes down, you are dead in 6 minutes i believe, due to hypothermia.  That is-- if you're not eaten by a big fish before that time.

The last post about doing something you hate for a short period of time to make lots of money made me think of that.
