Whats your favourite idling spot and spam as a mortal?

Reading all those notes about killing and playing made me think we should have a talk about: Your favourite idling spot and spam (sounds like a kitchen cleaner).
One of my favourites was the tower just to the west of the church on the roof at the top, me and amis used to idle and spam the lines from there, or in the fountain or just sitting in one of the ferries.
Good times.
Hayt.

I was looking for something more than "i dont spam," lots of people find spam an integrate part of Nannymud ALONG with actually playing the game.

Well, if I must admit my secrets...
Most of the time, if I Idle, I will be in Camelot, often in a room that most Knights would find rather terrifying.
I've been known to idle from a variety of other spots as well, including the chapel of Lars, while awaiting mass, a few rooftops, a few deep places, a few secret rooms - my current favorite is actually the Bugs Paradise.
Normally, if I am spamming, I am far from idle, however, and can be found either hunting or holding other real conversations as well.
I guess it's just one more thing I don't do traditionally.

Poe agrees with Yav. That's her favourite spot to idle in. For Poogie, Solstrale or any of my other bagillion mortables I usually just like to go to the staircase inside the church and close the door. Not very interesting but Poogus is usually the one to do the spamming. If I'm a viking I prefer to spam either from Hemgaard so I don't lose favour so quickly or on green while I'm telling stories.

I'll break my answer into a part for me and a part for my mortals (even though the question specified mortal only, but I'm SUCH a naughty role playing evuuul person):
As a wiz I idle in my workroom, and last time I had a god spammage was when Gatelord still was around and it was on the wiz channel (here cameth the nostalgia forth once again).
With my mortals I idle a lot, I must've idled forth at least 5 paragons, just by standing still... Damn, that's scary! Never mind that, it was the LOCATION of the idle... I've idled mostly by Akilles' pirhana pond, somewhere in Morgar's castle and in Highlander's area. Just somewhere there wasn't much action going on atm... As for spam, I had a pretty good spammage on voters' with my dark, regarding Hamurabi, but otherwise I have to go back at least 5-6 years spamming sim's line... Don't see much quality spam nowadays
Oh, the location? Well, spamming location is wherever I idle, or possibly run or kill.

Upon reading the answers - maybe we should expand this line to spam and idling, anything connected with it, favourite instance of spamming, favourite spamming partners, lines, etc, or whether true nannymudder should consider even spamming? When is the appropriate time to spam? What line?
Just some thoughts.

As for Carrion my immediate answer would have been "my workroom", but then i saw the mortal thingie...
Hmm, with LC its mainly Camelot ofc, no special room just the one i happen to be in atm. And ofc im not idling (a knight cant idle, must be always rdy to defend Camelot
) neither spamming (which i dont do much) usually im just chatting or attending to RTs duties
Idling with a viking is not a good idea because of favour, and when my sim is on it us usually in order to explore or to help other ppl so shes pretty active. As for other chars, i havent played them in a while and when i did i think they were pretty active as well.
Again, if i feel a urge to idle/spam i just log on my wiz

Dark temple was always a good place to idle at. It was dark and there was very few who would wander in there. At one time, I am not sure if it still does, anyone under a certain level would 'get scared' and run out of the place screaming, muahahahaha. *evil grin*
