Things to help lower tox...

When you're zooming around killing monsters left and right, you'll eventually hit that point where you have to take a breather and wait for your stomach to digest.  Even magical means of healing will saturate after a while.  Besides idling/chatting, in what ways do you combat tox?

I'll start the ball:

Coffee at the Chef's Roadhouse:  you can trade a chunk of tox for a little soak.

Toilet in front of Castle Spamelot: you can't use it frequently but it does help make room for more food.

The toilet can also be used to make room for more drinks, too  

Other ways to reduce tox are: coffee in druids' tree or coffee in the coffee shop in gandor.

I found another good way to quickly reduce soak&full (druids only, I'm affraid): sleeping in the tree.

There were many such ways/places to help reduce tox in the nanny forum of Datachild's site but now it is down.

Anyone has a copy of those places?

After exploring Banshee's area a few days ago (although I started playing mud in '99 ) I found a way to get rid of the eaten food:

 pills sold by Helly.
